Terms & Conditions – please read and ensure you are happy with the terms and conditions below, prior to making your booking.

Cancellation policy – if the client cancels the trip 14 days or more prior to the date of the trip a full refund will be issued; if the client cancels the trip 7- 13 days prior to the date of the trip, 50% of the cost will be refunded; if the client cancels the trip less than 7 days before the date of the trip, no refund will be paid.

Weather – we occasionally have to cancel a trip due to poor weather. If, due to bad weather or any other unexpected factor we have to cancel the trip, an alternative date or a refund will be offered.
